Activity from NabuRent and Nabusto on the customer file
Open a customer's file and see their NabuRent bookings and Nabusto orders, read live. The tokens stay on the business and are not copied into the contact.

What changed
A customer file has a tab, Activity across Nabux products. It lists that person's bookings and orders from the other Nabux products this business has connected. Each line shows the product, the date, the status, the amount and a link when the other product sent one.
The contact itself is unchanged. The bookings and orders are read when the tab is opened and kept for a few minutes. They are not copied into this contact.
How to use it
- Open Business profile, then Nabux products.
- Paste the access token for NabuRent or Nabusto and save. Leave the server address blank to use the one this installation already has.
- Open a customer file and select Activity across Nabux products.
Good to know
- Connecting a product needs a seat that can change the business. Anyone who can open the file can see the activity.
- The token is stored encrypted and is not shown again. Leave the token blank on a later save to keep the one already stored.
- If a product is not connected, or does not answer, the tab says so. The rest of the file still opens.
- Amounts use the currency the other product sent. A rial from Oman is shown with three decimal places.
